The Poinciana High School classroom building addition contains classrooms, science labs, teacher planning, restrooms, computer server rooms, MEP space, custodial space and storage, and an elevator. The brick facility uses interior corridors with covered open stairways giving a pleasant open feeling to the building. The building has many sustainable design features and is compact and efficient. A new chiller plant served the new building and existing campus.
