New construction for replacement including: administration, media, music, and classroom buildings. The scope includes expansion of the existing gymnasium (10,234 SF), and re-purposing the existing music building (10,234 SF). A new 23,000 SF food service, dining and multipurpose building was designed by Song + Associates and constructed along with the adjacent Michigan Avenue Elementary School replacement, interconnecting the campus as a K8 Center.
